Who we are

Aberdeen Walk Lettings, registered at 10 Aberdeen Walk, Armley, Leeds, LS12 3SB. ICO registration (registration pending). We're the data controller for any personal data you give us via this website.

What we collect and why

• Enquiry forms: name, email, phone, company, dates and message — used only to reply to your enquiry and (if you book) administer the booking.
• Bookings: billing name, address, payment-card token (Stripe holds the card, not us), and ID-document hash via Superhog for stays where it applies.
• Site analytics: aggregated, anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4. No personal targeting.

Who we share data with

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Beds24 (channel manager / booking engine)
• Superhog (guest screening, where applicable)
• Brevo (transactional email)
• Google Analytics (anonymous usage stats)
• HMRC, where legally required

We never sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data: 18 months. Booking and invoice data: 7 years (HMRC requirement). Marketing email opt-ins: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to: see what data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email [email protected] with "Data request" in the subject.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies (booking session, CSRF) and Google Analytics for anonymous stats. No marketing or tracking cookies are set without consent.
