Each floor has its own bathroom with shower. Fresh towels delivered weekly with the linen change.
Check-in
Self check-in from 16:00 on your arrival date. Full access details are sent to you before you arrive — no waiting around.
Parking
Free, on Aberdeen Walk and the surrounding streets. No permit needed.

House rules, in plain English
- Be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00. The building is residential.
- No visitors staying overnight who aren't on the booking. Day visitors fine.
- Keep the bins tidy and follow the building's recycling rules — there's a one-pager on the fridge.
- If something breaks, message us. We'd rather fix it than find it on departure.
