A three-storey contractor house, split into three private self-contained floors. Floors 1 and 2 each sleep two and have their own washer/dryer; floor 3 sleeps one. Take a single floor for a colleague, or book the whole house for a crew of up to five. Smart-lock entry, weekly clean and linen, bills and 500 Mb fibre included.

Each floor has its own bathroom. Towels for 1–5; fresh set delivered with each monthly clean.
Check-in
Self check-in via smart-lock with a unique PIN code generated for each stay. Arrive any time after From 16:00 (self check-in via smart lock).

House rules in plain English
- Be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00. The building is residential.
- No visitors staying overnight who aren't on the booking. Day visitors fine.
- Keep the bins tidy and follow the building's recycling rules — there's a one-pager on the fridge.
- If something breaks, message us. We'd rather fix it than find it on departure.
